How it works

  1. Choose the Business Assistant you need: phone, books, or both.
  2. Enter your business name and information.
  3. We set it up.
  4. Each month you get the help you chose. Your calls are answered and appointments are scheduled. For books, you download your bank and credit card statements and receive bookkeeping reports.
  5. You pay once a month.

The first 10 businesses pay $750 to set up a phone line. Books have no setup fee. A quote trade gets the name, the address, and the job. We do not give a price for the job. Clinics and law offices are not on the phone offer.

Pay and statements

  1. You save a credit card, a debit card, or a US bank account. Stripe keeps it and charges it automatically once a month. Regiae never sees the full card number or the bank password.
  2. You download the bank statements and credit card statements from your own bank and card company, then upload those files here. We do not sign in to the bank or the card company.

Sign the indemnity to finish

I am the owner, or I am allowed to sign for this business. The Business Assistant books appointments from the calendar I make available. Bookkeeping reports are a record of the statements I provide. They are not a tax return and they are not an accountant's opinion. I cover Regiae Management LLC if a claim comes from my instructions, my records, or the way I use the reports and the appointments. I sign this to pay, and again once each year. Service stops if the yearly signature is missing.
